It is for a reason either that our close collaboration with KWA began. It all started with the initial Magento Enterprise implementation back in 2011 done by a questionable team of developers from South Asia. As it turned out, nothing good came out from this in that the website swarmed with defects and loopholes. Fed up with cheap, second-rate development, KWA were eventually into luck to come across our digital agency and to get tangible aid and ultimate support that we’ve been delivering so far. So, we took over in 2012 assuming minor responsibilities first, such as bug fixing and minor technical support that over the time morphed into greater responsibilities related to adding new features, building-up new functionality, installation of new extensions – all in all an avalanche of Magento custom development and support. Since then we have reworked most of what was in there covering a wide spectrum of bottlenecks revealed:
- We completely redesigned KWA website to make it responsive. Assess the transformation:
- The website went through an epic upgrade saga in accordance with Magento evolution from its old Magento EE 1.1 version to Magento CE 1.6 to the latest Magento CE 220.127.116.11 providing merchants with quality improvements and security enhancements.
- We helped KWA to become EDI compliant, thus enabling business transactions to flow faster.
- The website was integrated with accounting software system MAS500, which made it possible to seamlessly synchronize mission-critical data from the online store directly to the accounting system.
- We also integrated remote warehouse automation tool to manage all aspects of order fulfillment processes.
- We rolled out POS, thereby enabling KWA offline stores to merge into Magento ecosystem.
- We integrated and configured email marketing automation software designed to personalize and automate interactions with customers across any channel as well as track and reactivate lapsed customers.
Having come a long way and done a big job, we keep on rendering 360-degree Magento technical support balancing between backend and frontend effort whenever needed, thereby proactively contributing to the growth of the company. KWA can always rely on complete support supplied by our remote IT department represented by a dedicated full-time backend developer and part-time frontend developer as well as 24/7 dedicated store manager taking care of an array of things like setting up promo campaigns, slicing and sending out promo emails, managing subscriber base, taking care of products and product related info, creating static and landing pages and many more. In constant collaboration with Mavitech, KWA team was able to achieve staggering results – especially in the last two years. We were happy to witness amazing revenue growth, improvements in customer retention, increased conversion.
